With beans that are organically grown and fairtrade, we air roast our coffee every week in small batches here in Lancaster, PA. Bags are resealable to keep that fresh-roasted taste IN!

YIRGACHEFFE (ETHIOPIA) - Medium body and low acidity, with a clean taste and vibrant finish.
HUEHUETENANGO (GUATEMALA) - Medium body and acidity, with hints of brown sugar, vanilla, stonefruit, with a clean finish, from western Guatemala.
MARCALA (HONDURAS) - Smooth body, medium acidity, with hints of brown sugar, green apple, milk chocolate, with a sweet lingering finish, from the Marcala region.
SUMATRA (INDONESIA) - Full body, medium acidity, earthy, with hints of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a long lingering finish, from Sumatra.
TOLIMA (COLOMBIA) - Round body and medium acidity, with hints of dark chocolate and mango, from the Tolima region.
CHANCHAMAYO (PERU) - Medium body and medium acidity, with hints of milk chocolate, almond, and lemon, from northcentral Peru.
